GoogleAbsolutely horrific experience with Rocket as a tenant. Mice, rats and extreme mould. Had to chase for weeks/months for someone to come and have a look at issues with the property. Previous tenants came by to pick up a parcel and they told us that this is an ongoing issue and something they struggled with too. Rocket did not take the opportunity in between tenants to resolve any of these issues. It’s clear that issues that would have been quick to resolve have been left over the years leading to much bigger and much more expensive issues to fix. Do not recommend at all.

GoogleAs a tenant, I had an extremely negative experience with RocketPM consistently throughout the year. Plumbing issues that were leaking through the roof were not fixed for days on end, we were left without a working toilet multiple times - once for almost a week without any compensation or help. Whenever we addressed these issues the team were either dismissive or rude, resulting in a negative experience for us all round.

GoogleI've been working with Rocket PM for 2 years and it has been an excellent experience. They fully manage 2 properties and it's made my life much more efficient. They deal with all aspects effectively and professionally and are also very good value. They are also very responsive, which is tough to find. I highly recommend them and have already recommended to others who have had the same experience.

GoogleI would not recommend any properties let by Rocket PM. Their team are unkind and unprofessional in their approach and were consistently unhelpful and avoidant in responding to issues with the property. On multiple occasions we reported an urgent issue early in the morning only to receive a reply at exactly 4:59 pm.
