Such a kind and lovely lady and you’d be lucky to have someone like her help you with the rental process. She is so so lovely. Cannot fault her at all. GoogleAmazing Amazing Amazing! Bianca went above and beyond to make sure I got the flat I wanted. She is a true gem, she walked me through the entire process, eased my mind,cheered me on, took her time to give me updates! She literally felt like a friend helping me find and get a place! Being in customer service industry myself, I really enjoyed the humanity in Bianca's service. I would definitely recommend Bianca from Rickman Properties to anyone who needs to get a place! The customer service was outstanding, They went above and beyond to help me find the flat I want, my special thanks to Bianca for all her efforts and help during the rent process, she is amazing. Also thanks to Karen from management service. When I moved I found some issues and they sent me someone straight away to fix it. This company it’s seven stars.

GoogleHave just completed the sale of our (Chatsworth Court) flat. Mark Mountford at RICKMAN worked extremely hard throughout the process, in contact with all parties to help bring the sale to fruition. We had chosen RICKMAN because it was local to the property and because it was not part of a "chain". The service was very personal and efficient. This industry needs more agents like Mark !! We wish RICKMAN many more years of success.

GoogleFrom the moment we met Viraj we knew he was amazing. Viraj was very communicative and responsive. He answered all our questions before our renting period within seconds, and we had a lot of them ;) He even measured things in the house so we could order furniture to get it delivered at the day of move in. I can not recommend Viraj and Rickman enough. He went beyond to help us out.
