TrustpilotFive Star Service Exceptional customer service
Yasir did an amazing job showing me a flat in tooting. He is super friendly and positive which is a great attribute to have. In all I received an exceptional service from him.He was honest about the area as I have a son of 11.He had excellent communication skills, very professional and friendly at all times during our viewing.I would highly recommend Residenza based on my personal experience. And most importantly they found me a lovely place me & my son can call home.

TrustpilotGood and clear service at great value!
In the past I have always managed my own properties but now I want to focus on other life priorities, I walked in to several agents and decided to go with Residenza (mr Wasim) due to few reason but mainly I liked the fact they are a family run company, to me family who can work together usually highly organised as i have seen many big business owner but with dysfunctional home life!

TrustpilotAlways on the phone when I had questions!
I rented a property through Residenza Properties. There was always someone in the office who I could get hold of at any time and was really helpful with the documents etc that I needed. I was working on a very tight schedule and they helped to get everything done on time.

GoogleIf you are looking for a team that truly is reliable and goes above and beyond to complete your transaction then Waqar at Residenza will exceed your expectations. As a female alone in London it can be quite difficult to find someone you truly trust. I was clueless on how to handle the sale of my property and he provided options and contacts for me as well. Above all, he actually was capable of completing on time and delivering a service that no one else told me was possible. I just can’t actually put into words how absolutely brilliant he is and constantly updating me as well as going above and beyond my expectations.I can’t recommend highly enough and typically I fear providing a referral but I feel confident in his character and reliability!

GoogleWent to this new branch of Residenza in battersea. Amazing team of family run agents. Highly recommended and appreciate the care they give to the clients. I will be referring them to my other landlords and anyone looking for a property to buy or sell or let they even showed a high stock of commercial and investment properties.

TrustpilotFull of garbish
Full of garbish, ripp off company, if you want to get ripped off on a new place then look no further, team is soooo useless especially the fat guy, Waqas who was sooo rude at me, I bet if he loses a few pound he actually might be nice from the inside, the owner didn't even bother hearing my complaint, Wasim

GoogleThey promised to give me call to arrange my viewing for the property, however, I had no call on the day they told me to give me call…
so… i called this agency and they said they will call me back next day to update with me for the viewing. Then I waited for the next day and guess what, I didnt had any calles from them again…..
So i had to call this company again for the second time and guess what they told me that property was already taken!!
No apologies was given despite this lady on the phone was the one who previously answered my call and knew my situation.
Unprofessional and thanks for wasting my time.

GoogleMoved into a flat they were managing which was nowhere near finished, even though they promised it was and forcibly sped up the contract start date. A year of hell including a major flood and constant works, above, inside and below the flat to finish the shoddy work they had started. Avoid at all costs.
