The Trusted Agent
Decent small agency with good prices for the London area. Would rent from them again. It was very quick to rent a property from them and hassle free. Only complaint, they could reply to e-mails a little faster, except for that a good experience!

Rented from them and everything went smoothly, from signing the contract, resolving issues and leaving the property. Overall a good experience!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst letting agents I've ever had the misfortune to rent through. They do not return calls and emails and will avoid you as much as possible if you have a problem that needs fixing. We had damp in the flat and no action was taken, and it took months and months to get other maintenance issues resolved - some we just gave up on. It took over a month to get our deposit back after we moved out and I suspect they'd never have returned it if we'd not chased. There's absolutely no way the 5 star reviews out there are genuine.
