GoogleI have used Realm to purchase a flat and also use the lettings side of their business as a landlord. They are real experts in the local area. The whole team have a can do attitude and are proactive in their approach. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleWe have just purchased a house where Realm was the agent. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and really great to deal with. With viewings they were flexible, informative, encouraging, but not at all pushy, allowing you the time and space to make your own evaluation. Following the offer they responded quickly and effectively and kept the deal on track, liaising throughout. They arranged quick and supervised access for professionals. Amna and Sarah (as well as the rest of the team) were always available, positive and had a can-do attitude. I would highly recommend then and would definitely use them when we come to sell

GoogleBig cheats they just want holding deposits from people we provided every single thing that was asked for we even said we would pay 6 months rent in advance without notice we where told landlord wants to give flat to someone else and we are not allowed our Holding deposit back.. why did i go back to this agent a friend was once put in the same position and lost her £500 deposit for no reason.. this is how they make a profit.
Mr Ezer we are very sorry you feel this way however it is very important that when leaving a review, the facts are presented correctly. Realm Estates pride themselves on providing a fair and professional service on behalf of both landlord and tenant. We have strict guidelines for tenant referencing and use a reputable referencing firm for this. In your situation you were told very clearly in advance ( in writing ) the holding deposit is non refundable if you fail referencing. Unfortunately you did fail based on several outstanding CCJ’s , a guarantor option was then explored, provided by you, who also failed referencing. We have a duty to protect our Landlords for obvious reasons and in this situation you were not eligible, and you were made aware of this process at the outset. We are sure once the highlighted issues hindering your ability to pass a referencing companies criteria, you will be able to move forward to rent a property. We do not take these holding Deposits to “ make profit” and object to this statement, they are taken to safeguard the landlord, remove the property from the market for the tenant, whilst the referencing is under way, once this has been completed it is offset from the move in monies. It is returned if the landlord terminated the transaction. we do hope this makes it clear for you, and wish you the best of luck with finding a home.

While Realm’s duty is to the vendor, we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the process. Communication was direct, professional, and personable. We encountered a number of challenges along the way, not least the mini-budget, and the team at Realm were supportive and creative in finding solutions and negotiating between us and the vendor to come to a successful resolution. GoogleWithin one week of entering a Letting & Management agreement with Realm Estates, Amna had secured new tenants for the property, and at the rent predicted by Geoff. Amna and Veronica then proceeded to manage various necessary remedial works prior to the tenants moving in, utilising their comprehensive contact list of efficient, trusted and good value suppliers. They ensured that the property complied with all current rental property legislation and, three weeks after instructing Realm, the new tenants moved in. Realm Estates were a pleasure to deal with - the team are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and they bring to the business a personal touch that can sometimes be missing in larger concerns. Highly recommended.

GoogleDeciding to sell my house post lockdown was slightly scary. The team at Realm Estates immediately dispelled my fear as soon as I picked up the phone to ask them to do so. With efficiency and professionalism my house had been valued, photographed with floor plan and put online within a few days. Plenty of interested purchasers walked threw the door and a buyer was established within a month. My experience of working with this team was faultless and I felt fully informed and reassured at every stage. One week post completion I still cannot believe how straightforward it all was. I would highly recommend working with them.

Geoffrey navigated and diligently pursued the sale of our house during the difficult period of lockdown.Completing a sale in such an unprecedented market is a real testament to his skill and determination. GoogleRealm have let out my house in Wandsworth for a number of years and always done an excellent job, very professional. I decided to sell the property in one of the worst markets for properties valued just over £1m due to Brexit and unstable Government. While other properties were sat on the market for large amounts of time and others were being reduced on a weekly basis, Realm managed to agree a sale at a what represented an acceptable price and saw it all the way through the completion very professionally. They have always offered a very personal level of service and I have no hesitation in recommending their services for lettings or residential sales.

GoogleThis agent is only there to take holding deposits frım customers and not give it back. We very clearly stated our position before leaving a deposit we provided a guarantor for the flat which credit checked and passed but the agent has decided to fail us because of a CCJ which was mentioned and which is why we was asked for a guarantor?? And now they wont give back our £500 deposit.

Throughout they were always on hand to offer advice, guidance and have an extensive local knowledge from the East Hill and Tonsley areas.
