I have worked with Jordan for almost two decades, and he has assisted me with all three properties I have purchased and sold in that time. He, Nick & Oli are simply the best in the area without question. Their expert advice, attentive and comprehensive work ethic shines through and they have always achieved outstanding results for me and my family because of that approach. As an agent myself, it takes allot to impress me within the industry with my expectations being so high, but the Real Estates team always exceed that mammoth of a bar I set! I could not recommend the team highly enough for any property related needs within the areas they cover.

His professionalism in all areas has been excellent..even when things got slightly awkward with the rentals and sales he handled all with extreme dignity. Quite simply the best around! Our experience with Real Estates in Totteridge was unlike any interaction we’ve ever had with an estate agent before. The team both sold our old house, and found us our new home. Got us an amazing price for our old home, but it was with the purchase of our new home, however, that they really came into their own, and exceeded all our expectations. Jordan, Oli and the team are incredible, and genuinely care about their clients and prospective purchasers. We can’t recommend them highly enough, and are so grateful for everything they’ve done for us in for finding our (hopefully) forever home. We wouldn’t trust anyone else in the area like them!

It’s such a comforting experience when you are working with estate agents who know their stuff and aren’t aggressive in their approach. I had an extremely disappointing experience renting from this agency at 75 Walmington Fold, N12 7LD. The property had a serious rodent infestation, which I reported multiple times. Despite my repeated requests, they failed to take any meaningful action for over three months. Eventually, they carried out only minimal repairs, which did not resolve the issue. Even towards the end of my tenancy, mice were still occasionally appearing in the property. Instead of properly addressing the problem, they issued a Section 21 eviction notice shortly after I raised the complaints, which I believe constitutes a retaliatory eviction. After I finally managed to move out, they attempted to withhold £2,000 from my deposit without proper justification.
