We were cynical about estate agents after our last house sale but were surprised and delighted by Rampton Baseley Earlsfield. Our property reached best and final offers within a week, and the entire process was straightforward and well managed throughout. Everyone we encountered was faultlessly friendly, responsive and professional. Special mention to Bella for her thoughtful, nuanced discussion about sales strategy and Allie for her tireless support, good judgement and competence - not to mention securing our first offer within days. Choosing RB was the best decision we made during our house move and we strongly recommend them.

My purchase was particular and had a few intricacies however Maartje from the Bellevue Road office was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout the process. She was very patient with us, always on hand to talk to and showed the utmost professionalism & expertise at pressure points which was incredibly reassuring. It was clear to me that although Maartje was very supportive to me as a buyer she was simultaneously thinking of the seller throughout.
