GoogleShambolic. Our internal refurb is 4 years overdue, we’ve had 10 property managers in 4 years, they have consistently failed to reply to emails or calls, they failed to deliver our accounts in a timely manner (and had to issue a legal notice - Section 20b - to apologise), they didn’t have our fire alarms checked annually (yet still billed us) - and all whilst charging an annual management fee of nearly £2500 split between 5 flats. Laughably bad. Fay is the only saving grace, but I fear she won’t last!

GoogleIf I could give No stars I would. Since taking over our block a few years ago, things have gone downhill. Quadrant have not done a lot of required repairs and things just get worse and worse!!! Insurance then refuse to pay out because jobs have not been done in a timely manner. We have so many issues in our block now and nothing seems to get done!
Residents stopped calling them a long time ago as they know they will not get an answer and/or they won't fix the problem. Leaseholder are not happy because service charges keep going up and up!

Quadrant managed our block by doing as little as possible and collecting a fee. Hand over to a new agent was beyond poor. Quadrant managers refuse to engage, failed to provide hand over information and stole funds from the Service charge fund by continuing not to settle their direct costs, despite promising o do so. Do not touch this agency and do not believe anything they say if they owe you money. Go straight to the debt collector route or winding up order in order to get any traction. .

GoogleSince Qdime took over, we have patiently given them more than a year to up their game, probably nearer 2. They are shambolic, the services are in silos, eg accounts are nothing to do with daily management etc. We have been asked to approve a draft budget for next year (2024) when they can't tell us what we actually spent in 2022. Very unhappy with them.

GoogleNon existent service and incompetent unprofessional staff that changes every 2 mins!.This used to be a good company until it was bought out a couple of years ago by a firm only concerned with squeezing profit out of it, employing uselss people that provide no service to blocks under their managemnt. Our block is filthy, we pay for contracts and contractors don't attend to clean, to plants displays we pay for , they dont clean gutters, but we are never the less charged for these services not provided, no reply to emails, it s beyond useless, in fact it is bordering criminal, taking people# s money without providing the service charged for. They shodul be investigated, not displaying accreditations on their website!

This company has been managing our building without a proper contract, taking nearly 40% in commission in insurance commissions without the buildings knowledge. The company further charges for services that it does not perform I.e pest control, general maintenance, etc and does not provide evidence of works. The company is not transparent, overcharges, the building is neglected and the company is Fraudulent in its dealings. Stay clear of them.

GoogleThey are the worst block management company I have had the misfortune to deal with (Im a landlord). Emails go unasnwered for weeks or months and when you apply pressure they give you some story as to why they are not actioning what they should be doing. List of problems I have with them: 1) they never action repairs increasing the cost of damage and costs to the freeholder and leaseholders; 2) when you email them you never hear back even when following up again and again; 3) the property internally quickly deteriorates as no one takes care of it; 4) they are terrible at managing the freeholder entity frequently violating Company House rules. Avoid! As soon as we can as freeholders we will remove them.

Emails are not responded to for weeks, despite regular reminders, staff are rude on the phone and dismissive of concerns when they finally do respond to an email, accounts are issued five months or more after the end of the financial year, if you are lucky, etc. And that’s from a landlord’s point of view. Having changed to new arrangements that are about to come into effect (can’t wait), I also understand that they treat suppliers even worse... I cannot stress this enough - find an alternative property management company if you are looking for one. Anyone else is virtually guaranteed to do a better job. If I could give them a negative -5 star rating I would.

I never leave reviews but I decided to do it for these guys. They are the worst block managment company I have come across. Emails go unaswered for months, property gets damaged due to their negligent actions and all they care about is collecting their fees. We are due to fire them from managing our block and I cannot wait. Please read the reviews allover the internet about them before considering to do business with them.

The most unprofessional outfit EVER. Neither Vicky Clark, associate director nor the accounts team have been anything but negligent and never reply to emails or calls. Invoices are outstanding, accounts never filed and we do not even have access to our financials. A disgrace. They should be struck off the register - Please DO NOT consider hiring them.

If it were possible, I would give fewer stars than zero. The development that I live in is “managed” by this shower. QPM used to be the exception to the rule that many managing agents are just not very good. The two principal property manager Barnett-Salter & Dhillon are utterly hopeless. Avoid at all costs

When she finally came back on the line and I explained what I wanted, she said I had the wrong company and hung up. They are actually the management company for our offices!!!
