GoogleProduct of our heartless society These two people are all about money! Collecting monthly fee for doing nothing. I had to find replacement tenant, sort out my deposit etc while them behind their computers were sitting comfortably and rejected hard working women who wanted my room and was willing to pay 3 months upfront. We are in the world where most of the peoples’ intuition parked in the garage and have empty skulls. Ohh mustn’t forget that they lied, found it hard to reach them and had been rude to us. Good luck and be careful if you do business with them! P.s.: Georgie not interested in your automated reply please save your time! Cheers
Hi Emese, Sorry you feel that way, we have procedures to follow & also the landlords instruction. We tried to help as much as possible, a landlord does not have to agree to a change of sharer, however we all wanted to help you as much as possible. Based on the circumstances we did not charge the tenant or landlord a fee for the service, we even covered the reference costs.

Georgie was professional from initial inquiry through to check-out and beyond - it was clear to see that not only was she fantastic from a tenant's perspective, but she acted in the interests of the landlord at all times which is a challenging balance to strike. We would highly recommend Prospect and Georgie specifically to any landlord or tenant.

GoogleThere's no better estate agent experience we've had. From start to finish Bee got to know our needs, correctly valued the property for a quick rental, even in the midst of the coronavirus. They secured us tenants after 6 days of marketing the property. The tenants references were quickly received and they've been a delight since - lets hope that continues. Can't speak highly enough of the personal service and how hard she worked to get us the right result . Total success!

GoogleWe had the pleasure to rent a lovely property from Prospect for three years - we would have stayed longer but needed an extra bedroom. In those three years the service from Georgie @ Prospect was amazing, always responsive, thoughtful and friendly - we will miss her very much. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you were looking for a property. A+++

GoogleWe’ve been renting a flat for 1 year and 7 months in Fulham with no complications and good communication. The landlord and/or agency tried to pretend they had £4000 of repairs without giving us the chance to quote as the works were already been done. After DPS resolution was only £258. Be careful before/after you rent with them.
Hi Peter, We are sorry things ended not as planned, especially after such a smooth tenancy. As you know Prospect did not manage the tenancy, the landlord handled this side of things himself. At the end of the tenancy we purely communicated between yourself & the landlord in relation to the deposit return, Prospect had no say on proposed deductions etc

GoogleGeorgie and the Prospect team are fantastic. We first met before she set up the agency and she was working for a much larger organisation. She stood out from the very beginning as someone who really cared about our home. Indeed she is the most professional and honest estate agent I have ever encountered. When we were looking to rent again and she had set up her own agency I jumped at the chance to have her manage our property. It's been years now and she always provided great, prompt service and good advice. I trust her and have complete confidence that the house is being looked after while we are abroad.
