GoogleFantastic letting agent, any problems with the flat were solved extremely quickly and to a high standard. Stanley is a lovely chap and next time I look for a flat, this will be the first place I go.

The property is in prime state and everytime there has been any issues, everything has been replaced promptly and in considerable time. Stanley, especially, runs business in top notch manner.

GoogleVery helpful and considerate estate agent (Stanley). Great communication regarding any issues (of which there were very few) or questions about the property, really went above and beyond on a number of occasions. All moving in and out processes were very quick and simple but thorough. Landlady never visited the property. Very generous and fair wear and tear policy regarding deposit, which was handled and received very quickly after moving out. Overall an fantastic experience renting with ProCities.

GoogleAfter many renting experiences in London. ProCities has been so positively unique! Their level of professionalism, passion and attentiveness is very rare to find! Stanley is absolutely fantastic and a big reason why we wanted to find our new home with this specific agency. We are able to sleep easy knowing we will always be cared for!

GoogleStanley is person who just want to steal money. He is a cheater and not really good person. Be careful to rent a house with him, he will take al your deposit without right and he is not really responsible while you renting

Iv'e dealt with many differnt estate agents in London in my time and every single time i have hated my experience, but with ProCities I was pleasently suprised that everything was so simple and easy and fast. It felt like they were actually helping us as oppose to feeling like all they want is to get as much money as possible from you like other agents. Would definitly reccomend

GoogleThe agency kept my deposit and let a family with a 2 year old and 6 months old to be homeless.Even when asked to pay 6 months in advance they rejected the offer.Avoid at all costs
Dear Andreas, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. I notice that this review has been left in spite, following the the dismissal of your court claim against us for this very situation and the removal of your review on allagents following their investigation of the review left with false claims back in February. In both instances we had shown that your claims are misleading / false. We were sympathetic of your situation of needing to move quickly. However, your need to move to a hotel with your children were a result of your refusal /delay in provide necessary information to proceed with your tenancy application. Your family were not left homeless as you were able to obtain accommodation at a hotel. While we sympathised the disruptiveness this could cause to the children, you did not help us expedite your application through your delay, refusal or inability to provide the necessary information for the referencing checks. As repeatedly advised to you and your wife, we had to conduct Right to Rent check for all prospective adult tenants. Having only provided documents to show that your wife's documentation has expired we advised you to chase up with the Home Office to provide a reference number to prove her right to rent. We attempted to follow this up for you, HomeOffice made it clear the applicant whose documents are being renewed must request this themselves, which we insisted you do to speed up the process. We did not receive the necessary details from you despite chasing you up for it. As such our hands were tied and we could not move forward with your application. You offering to pay 6 months in advance does not absolve us of our requirement to conduct this check. Had we accepted your offer of 6 months payment in advance while knowing your wife's documents had expired with no indication otherwise beside your words of "there is no way she won't be allowed" we would be liable for unlimited fines as well as prison sentence. I would also like to clarify that you did not pay us any deposit, but non-refundable fees for the reference check (which you ended up failing). All the fees and refund condition were made clear to you from the beginning, which you claimed to have understood prior to making any payments.
