Excellent work from Helene and Sonya. Helped us out with urgent repair work organising a vetted handyman in very short order and then a full replacement by a qualified workman at a reasonable price. They were highly communicative, keeping us in the loop and responding very quickly. Can highly recommend Portico and these two in particular.

Really good service and efficiency overall, but in particular I wanted to highlight the fantastic assistance that I received from Magdalena Grzesiak, who helped with preparing our statements and other related items. Magdalena responded promptly to all our requests and questions, and was always extremely polite and pro-active in doing so!! :-)

I have been really impressed with Lara at Portico who has managed my Airbnb property. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is always willing to support me in anything I ask for. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, so has a 'can do' attitude, which I have really valued.

We have been dealing with Marc at Portico now for over 4 years as a landlord. They have found us some lovely tenants in this time and the tenants also seem pleased with the service they got at Portico. I would happily recommend them having used other agencies in the area before finding Marc.
