We have been very happy with the service of Portico especially with the help and assistance of Mr. Jesus Perez who has answered every our enquiry and has supported us through the re-rental of our flat in London. We’ve worked with Sean and the team for a number of years now and they truly are amazing. He made a very stressful time of managing my fathers property whilst he was abroad a lot easier for me. The tenants they sourced were great and the whole process went well and they’re not greedy with their costs like the others! I highly recommend the team at Portico Walthamstow!

GooglePretty awful, we’re still without hot water after a week of reporting it and nothing has been arranged. No-one has responded to the online fault report, had to phone and then email. Popped in to the office and they said someone would be in touch. Outlook property said we need to contact let 365 but failed to include any contact details. The boiler looks dangerous and as not been checked in 5 years. So long as the flat you rent doesn’t have a problem the letting agency are fine as you have no need to deal with them apart from handing over a few grand.

Extremely impressed with Portico as a company and in particular Christos Athanasiou. The most approachable and professional agency I have used. I have just made a major relocation from Southampton and Christos made the process so seamless. This has made the entire experience less stressful.
