GoogleDavid, David, Simon and team have been great with us over the years. We're architects and we've been involved with PL in a few different capacities - them advising on design (which they understand the commercial value of) and marketability within project teams, to assisting us with various smaller property transactions for ourselves. They know everyone, are extremely well respected in the industry, and have always been loyal and ready to offer sage advice.

GoogleI have worked with Simon Rinder since 2002/2003 when he located an office for our business which we occupied for some years. On retirement he sourced a tenant - negotiating a ten year lease & then successfully negotiating an agreement at the 5 Year break point.
We have always received exemplary/prompt service & good advice - its been a professional/faultless & rewarding relationship. I cannot recommend Simon & the company too highly
