GoogleUnreasonable fees charged to relet a property when I needed to end the tenancy in an emergency.

GooglePoor communication, unprofessional approach. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agent. It takes ages for them to get back to you, you have to chase them daily as if it’s not in their interest to let the properties they have. Avoid.
