Carolina was amazing! Excellent, friendly, honest and communicative from the get go. It was a much delayed and very stressful process with broker and lawyers, but Carolina was always extremely helpful and a delight to speak to every time, as well as knowledgeable about the process and she gave great advice. I don’t think I could have survived the process without her.

Our experience with Pedder has been wonderful, with George, Jack and Sophie all helping us to find the perfect house for our family. They really understood what we were looking for and didn't try to pressure us to view places that didn't fit our needs (or our budget!). George was very patient with us while we worked our way through the buying process, and made time for us to visit the property as much as we needed. Hopefully we won't need to sell or buy again for some time, but we would certainly recommend Pedder in East Dulwich to friends.

Phillippa was able to get us in to see a great property in East Dulwich which we were fortunate enough to complete on during the summer. We really enjoyed working with Philippa on the purchase and we are delighted to be spending our first Christmas in our new home.
