I`ve lived in Dulwich for 28 years when i came to sell my house i turned to Peddar who have a good presence in the area - I was particularly impressed with Vince , who i found to be immediately likeable, interested and proactive in selling my home , he kept me fully informed throughout the process which was particularly helpful as i live away from the property down in Hampshire. Based on my experience I would highly recommend him and Peddar if you are looking to sell or buy a property in the area

From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.
