Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them

GoogleWould not recommend. Consistently poor service over the four years we lived in our last property, so much so that the landlords eventually changed the terms of our contract specifically so we wouldn't have to deal with these people directly any more. Special mention goes to the agent who managed to accidentally send us a remarkable amount of identifiable information of other tenants over a short space of time.
