GoogleAs a landlord from overseas, it is vital to have a good property manager to manage your apartment with care. Nico had been awesome to deal with, she is efficient, responsive and really putting herself into my shoes when it comes to making sure the money we spend to maintain the property is spent effectively. GoogleIn the last week I have encountered an issue with my flat which got quickly and neatly fixed. Gerald also made sure that I was kept informed the whole time, which allowed me to go on with my day without having to coordinate anything or chase after anyone! All in all great experience! highly recommend.
