GoogleMost awful company to ever exist, they have awful communication, poor management I enquired about the vape shop that’s for lease on Walsgrave Road, the property manager was rude and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t be using this company in a million years. Avoid at all costs

GoogleI rang up Pall Mall to view a shop in Coventry on Walsgrave Road, it was originally a vape shop. The rude encounter I had received from the lady was outrageous very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company bad customer service

GoogleIts incredible that Pall Mall are using scum to carry out their roof works across commercial sites. Clearly saving every penny they can hiring the worst cowboy tradesmen. They do a pretty poor job of managing their sites too and ignore all requests to carry out urgent maintenance on older sites. I'd avoid these clowns in the future and look for a commercial space that's managed by professionals. Very Disappointing
