I've been renting in a property maintained by Orange Square for about 3 and half years now. The staff are always very quick and prompt when it comes to sorting out any issues in the property. Emergencies are always attended by someone ASAP and gets sorted on that same day. Inspections are made twice every year to make sure that we don't have any further issues with the property.

an agency nothing serious, poor and care of bad education. In my desperation of renting a property, I signed a pre-contract in early July. From 22/07/20 I wait for you to contact me, I have to call several times. After requiring me to pay the rent deposit of the property or lost percentage of money I gave. I see that the property is in unfortunate condition and they do nothing to fix it, my mistake was to pay because I thought everything was ready. 1. Our buying experience with Orange Square was absolutely nightmare. They would never be honest with the current situation of the property, i.e. Possession Order with Council Benefit involved on the current tenants of the selling property - you will have to find out on your own. After we found out the issue, we tried to obtain more information from the agent, they said "it is nothing to do with you". 2. In terms of the speed of response, they always have a problem of sending out the email to external address - hence you will have to keep chasing them on this. 3. They will not put in writing on what we were told over the phone, if you keep asking for the proof, they will start shouting on you so you will have to have incredible patience. In overall, the attitude and behavior of Orange Square can be worse than what you think, so bear in mind - Never ever take their words without the proof.

Decent agency, with very friendly staff, reliable and trustworthy. Easy to communicate with the agency and generally keen to sort out any problems, however at times even though they do get involved in case there is anything in need to be fixed, it can take almost ages to get to a result.
