Oplah managed to find me a property that matched all of my requirements perfectly. I had a feeling even before viewing it that it was going to be the one for me, and I was absolutely right! I also instructed Oplah to sell my flat, and the marketing was genuinely outstanding. The photographs were incomparable to those produced by previous agents I had used, and the whole presentation really stood out. Within days, there were multiple viewings, and Ayub secured a buyer with a sale agreed incredibly quickly. The sales progression service from Ellis was equally impressive. Everything was handled thoroughly and professionally, with excellent communication throughout. I particularly loved the app, which made it so easy to keep track of the sale and see the percentage of progress, I have to admit, it became a little addictive! Having never used Oplah before, or even known any of the team, it’s amazing to think that they now genuinely feel like family. This truly is a family business in every sense of the word, and that personal touch makes such a difference. We are incredibly happy in our new home, and we have Ayub and the entire team at Oplah to thank for making the whole experience such a positive one. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I had a very positive experience working with Oplah, particularly with Ayub Mohidi as Branch Director. From the outset, Ayub was pragmatic and clearly understood the requirements from both sides, ourselves as an LTD company buyer and the seller. This made the process efficient right from the beginning. Our offer was accepted within just two days, which reflects Ayub’s ability to manage negotiations effectively and close deals efficiently. Throughout the transaction, he remained approachable, responsive, and accommodating, which made a real difference during what can often be a stressful process. Ayub took ownership of the progression of the sale and ensured all stakeholders were kept informed at each stage. We encountered some delays with local search returns, but he handled this professionally, working collaboratively with both us and the seller to explore alternative solutions and keep the process moving forward. He also accommodated multiple viewings post-offer acceptance without issue, which we appreciated. Overall, the purchase completed smoothly, and I would highly recommend Ayub and the Oplah team for their professionalism, communication, and ability to manage a transaction efficiently.

Sold a flat through Oplah and overall a solid experience. Ayub handled it and was easy to deal with throughout. He kept me updated, chased things when needed and didn’t overcomplicate anything. There were a few bumps along the way (as expected with any sale) but he stayed on it and got it over the line in the end, which is what matters. Straightforward, reliable and got the job done.
