We rented only for 6 months from this company “Our Space “, they disappeared us , we are still waiting 3 months to receive our deposit back . No one answered on emails and promised on the phone , but never happened.We are not recommended the services . Every one has to be careful if applied, to rent !

GoogleUninspiring offices from a company that uses ambiguous terms in the contract and keeps charging for the most ridiculous things. The fire alarm kept breaking regularly during the 6 months of my stay, making beeping noise for hours. Offices are poorly ventilated, especially the ones in the basement. Hi Piotr, I was sorry to read your review of the space you rented at Portman Close. I am pleased that you were positive about the location, which is of course just off Oxford Street making it one of the most desirable locations in the West End. However your reference to ventilation is unexpected, the property is light airy and well ventilated, I do understand however that yours was an extremely small office, housed in the basement and as such would be less light. Had you brought this to our attention when you were in occupation, we would have been pleased to accommodate you elsewhere. That said, I am sorry that you were not delighted with the office.

GoogleThey just emailed us two months into our contract that they have been served notice by their landlord and given the whole building a week's notice to relocate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GoogleJodie from the "home office" was an excellent hostess for their first ever monthly social. She interacted with all of her tenants and kept things upbeat and positive, encouraging tenants to interact with one another. The space is clean and quite nice as well.
