Stayed at Node Brixton for 2 years and it was a great experience. Although the flats are a bit on the expensive side they are very stylish, got a lot of storage spaces and a lot of sunlight. Harpreet our Curator was very friendly and loved the community events she oraganised. The management is very responsive with maintenance and repairs. The communal garden and the working space are plus points.

One of the best experience in node madrid. Living in node was really great, I stayed for a month and a half and I wanted to extend but I had to leave for work. I worked from the coworking space it was great. There were great roomates, the best, you never get bored. Perfect location, We are near the metro station 3min, 30sec from the supermarket, it was the best, I loved it, there is also ping pong table, so fun. Special mention for Anna and Christina who work for node, always helpful and available and so kind. Thank you very much, I would like to come back 😉

My experience at Node Alcobendas was completely negative. From the start, they do not deliver what was promised in the contract, which leads to immense frustration and distrust. While the reception staff is friendly, the administration team in the office on the ground floor is the exact opposite: they are unhelpful and difficult to deal with, making the overall experience even worse.

I have stayed with Node across multiple locations and found the spaces themselves to be excellent only overshadowed by the commitment of the hardworking Node team and staff. Special shoutout to Harpreet in London and Eli and Dani in Barcelona for going out of their way to make things run smoothly for us. We made friends everywhere we went.

I stayed at Node during my first 6 months in Barcelona and it was a great experience. I made friends for life and was able to meet like-minded individuals. There were small issues here and there but the team was always quick to fix them. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is new to the city.

I’ve lived at Dublin Node 07 for seven months. The overall experience is somewhat disappointing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re genuinely pleased to hear, both from your personal feedback to our staff and in your review, that during your seven months with us you enjoyed many aspects of the community, including the modern design of the building, the gym, and especially the social atmosphere created through our events. It’s great to know these gatherings helped bring residents from around the world together, and that you built many friendships here while having such positive experiences with our team, even leaving thank you notes for them. Creating a welcoming community and memorable resident experience is exactly what we strive for, so it means a lot to know that this was such an important part of your time with us. At the same time, we’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Your arrival experience and the delay with your fridge repair are not the standard we aim to deliver, and we appreciate you highlighting this. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve our operations and resident experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding staffing. There may have been times when the desk appeared quieter while team members were assisting residents elsewhere in the building or during an unforeseen prolonged absence of one staff member. However, we’d like to reassure you that the building continued to be well managed throughout that period by the onsite team, with additional oversight and support from our head office. We are proud to treat our employees with the same respect and understanding that we extend to our residents, which is one of the reasons we are fortunate to retain such dedicated and valued team members. Going forward, we will ensure that whenever onsite staff are temporarily elsewhere in the building, a note and contact phone number will be left at reception so residents can easily reach us if needed. We’re also sorry to hear about the issue with your parcel, which we know was upsetting for you at the end of your stay. We have invested in a secure, state-of-the-art parcel locker system located in the parcel room directly beside reception for exactly this reason. Unfortunately, in some cases delivery drivers choose not to use the secure system and instead leave items in unsecured areas, which is outside of our direct control. In such cases, responsibility rests with the courier for failing to use the secure delivery facilities provided. We share your frustration and continue to encourage all delivery providers to use the designated parcel system properly. While we’re sorry to hear that your overall experience left you hesitant to recommend us, we truly appreciate the positive moments you shared with us and the friendships and community you found here. If you are ever back in the area, you would always be very welcome to join one of the Node events you enjoyed so much. Once a Nodie, always a Nodie. We wish you all the very best for the future.

Node in Echo Park is really impressive! The design of their spaces is super stylish and modern, but also really comfortable and practical. It feels like they’ve put a lot of thought into making everything work well for the people living there, the attention to the small details is incredible.

I tried to book with The Node’s Madrid branch, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After they promised me a room, I arranged my flight based on that confirmation. Then, just one day before my arrival, they told me that the colleague I had been speaking with had left, and that they now needed a whole week to accommodate me.

I don’t love that the backyard and the laundry/common rooms “close” at a certain time. I live in the building and should be able to use these spaces (as long as I’m not being super loud to disruptive to others in the community). Overall, big fan of the building, the cleanliness of everything, and the apartments themselves. Sofia is really great and responsive. My biggest turnoff with other NYC apartments is the lack of response from landlords and maintenance people, but Node is great!

It's true you pay a premium, but you actually get that premium. Location is great, house conditions are great and the apartments are spacious, weekly cleaning service is good, and the community benefits can also provide lasting benefits. I'd say you pay for what you get.

I have a few friends that live at Node and I've always been impressed by the adorable bungalows and the friendly environment, which is not easy to find always a in a big city like LA. I love going over for barbecues on the deck and enjoying a little bit of their community life. The curator Tara is very welcoming and contributes to the warm vibes that I have come to expect when I visit Node. :)

I’ve only been in Node Brixton for a couple of weeks, but I’m really enjoying the community here - many social events (organised by both Node and the residents), friendly neighbours, and easy parcel collection. Special shoutout to our community curator, Harpreet, for creating such a wholesome and welcoming environment to live and work in. As a single woman living here, I feel safe and I know there are several points of contact if there’s any emergencies. Would recommend this place for young professionals / students / couples for sure!

If I could give them a no star I would.I lived with node for a year and was loving it. However the management was not helpful. I was having rodent problems in the property and instead of them getting rid of the problem after their initial assessment they said there was nothing else they could do. They refused to let me out of my lease early. Even when I gave them a 30 day notice that I was going to leave due to having an allergic reaction to the rodent they made me pay an additional month of rent. Cherry on top was when they took $1000 additional from my deposit and when I asked them why I didn’t get my full deposit back. They did not return any of my emails….

Moreover, we have not received any reports of pest activity before of after you left this building.As for the lease termination and charges, indeed you were deducted unpaid fees which you have contractually agreed to in order to have a pet in the apartment as communicated to you via email.We are sincerely sorry for your dissatisfaction but we strongly believe that we have addressed all your issues in a timely fashion and our doors will always be open for you to come back.Best,Node Team

Node offers very nice co-living spaces but at a high premium. Positive side is that you have opportunities to network with many professionals and people from around the world. Downside of my experience at Node were:1. Lack of working space inside apartment. Living room doesn’t have enough space to allow 2 people to sit and work together.2. Wifi security - degraded wifi security methods were in use. Knowing that this data can be eavesdropped very easily, no efforts were made by network service provider to change a mere setting on central infrastructure that was serving internet in apartments.3. Expense - rental prices sought by Node are very high for the spaces offered on rent. I was able to find a place at 30% less rental and 40% more living space.
Hi Prakhar,Thank you for your feedback.We can confirm that our wi-fi network has been updated and upgraded following the latest recommendations from experts and to date we have not experienced any issues.As for the working space, with the change of resident's demands and adapting to the current circumstances where many residents need to work from home, we are now offering desks in those unit where we can fit one. Furthermore, many of our residents use the Resident's Lounge as a coworking space where they can not only work but also interact and network.Best,Node Team

It was nice loving there for the first while. But there was a certain aggression about the rent payment it is not my fault that it does not reach your account on time and I had to screen shot my bank payment on several occasions. Also at the end while we were leaving the viewing times were crazy and there was zero consideration. It was not the best living experience if am being honest.
