GoogleFeel so lucky to have found my flat through Nicholas Ashley - such a great team who are excellent at communication, so speedy with any maintenance issues, very fair on admin costs and genuinely care about their tenants. Such a breath of fresh air considering historical experiences of renting in London! Can't recommend enough.

GoogleRented from Nicholas Ashley for three years and found them to be very responsive and professional. They sorted any issues very promptly and were great to interact with. Never had any issues. Best estate agents I've experienced whilst living in London.

GoogleI had extremely good experience with Nicholas Ashley. They have responded to all of the my requirements from arranging the viewing earlier than planned to shifting of the move in date for two weeks earlier than scheduled. From Nic who was first point of contact, over Demi who did all the paperwork to Solomon who arranged apartment handing over, whole procedure was perfectly smooth. It is also with mentioning that everything was done remotely and that they had very professional team of contractors who got flat in perfect condition before I moved in. I strongly recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleBy far the best experience we’ve had renting in London. Nicholas Ashley were responsive, fair and above all they really cared about our experience. We rented for 2 years and only left because we bought somewhere. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move to a property they manage.

GoogleExcellent state agency, I was renting form them for seven years, professional, understanding and flexible. I cannot recommend enough this agency. Nic and Solomon are always supportive and happy to help.

GoogleVery unresponsive group for an agency that seems to be trading on some sort of "slick upper class" image. Called three times without a single person picking up the phone. When I finally got hold of someone, I was treated like some second-class citizen, unworthy of their time, or of even seeing the rather simple properties they had on offer. These aren't penthouses, these are normal homes - but apparently not for the likes of people like me. Poor communication, rubbish treatment. I suggest avoiding Nicholas Ashley, particularly when there are so many other competitive estate agents who will give you the kind of time and effort that will actually justify the fees they will eventually demand.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleVery arrogant, amateurish and lazy in my opinion. The staff member I dealt with used inappropriate language, and they wouldn't respond properly to my questions. Had to write a formal complaint after my tenancy ended. I doubt they will bother changing.
