I found him extremely personable and professional to deal with. Everything I required was presented in a neat and presise manner and when several issues occurred in our apartment, Nicholas was on hand to either personally handle the matter himself or immediately put me in contact with the correct people. GoogleNicholas and NH Properties helped me find my flat in the craziest rental market I've ever seen. He was personable and on hand for all the questions I had, giving me a phone call at each step of the process. The asking move in was a month earlier than we wanted, and he helped advise me on what offer was most likely to be accepted. He helped organise the rearrangement of the furniture in the flat before we moved in, converting one of the bedrooms into a study. As opposed to other agents who were pitting me against other potential renters in fight-to-the-death, every-man-for-himself bidding wars, it really felt like he was putting my interests first and trying to deliver a quality service.
