Highly recommend Next Move! Maddie and Sean were amazing from start to finish, providing expert guidance through the daunting process of selling our home. They walked us through their strategy, took care of absolutely everything, and made the whole process so much less stressful. They really know the market and the local area inside out, it honestly made all the difference. Our house sold on the first (and only!) open day, which was fully booked. We couldn’t have asked for a better result! The best part was the personal touch, it was always Maddie and Sean we dealt with, and they were so supportive, especially when the conveyancing got a bit tricky. They kept us calm, reassured us, and ensured everything remained on track. Such lovely people to deal with and total pros at what they do. We honestly couldn’t ask for more and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling. Just wish we could have bought through them too!

They kept us updated every step of the way and even went the extra mile, giving us invaluable advice the day before completion. Their professionalism and dedication made what can be a stressful experience so much smoother. Thanks to them, we’re in our new home just in time for Christmas! We’d highly recommend Next Move for both buying and selling.

Highly recommend Sean and Maddie at NextMove if you are thinking of selling your house. We found them to be genuine and trustworthy in dealing with our sale. They kept us updated every step of the way and always responded promptly with any queries. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and promise they will get your house sold. In my opinion definitely the best estate agents in the area.

Maddie and Sean, where to start! Extremely helpful throughout each stage, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely people. Everything was dealt with efficiently and with care and they were always there for advice and to just lend an ear. They made time for you whenever needed, which was so appreciated and just one example of how they consistently went above and beyond. Could not recommend a better pair than this dream team.

Maddie and Sean were great, a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process as I was buying my first property. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kept me in the loop at all times and were exceptionally kind and empathetic when any delays arose. I’d highly recommend using Next Move to either buy or sell a property and if my experience is anything to go by (I hardly ever leave reviews), I can assure you, you’ll be in good hands! Hammad

We recently sold our house through Next Move, and highly recommend Sean and Maddie for their professionalism, responsiveness, enthusiasm and support. We had bought the house through Next Move and knew from dealing with Sean then that we would ask him to act for us if we were ever selling. Turns out, many of our friends who have moved to the area have said the same thing. Sean and Maddie have great local knowledge and contacts, and are highly regarded in the Chingford area.

Really great experience working with Sean and Maddie. Friendly and approachable team, always responsive, and very proactive at chasing and liaising with solicitors. You can tell they have deep local knowledge, and being a family-run business they genuinely care, even taking a call while on holiday to help us out. Would definitely recommend.

Sean and Maddie at Next Move (Chingford, London E4) are marvellous. Always answered their phones when needed, sold my home quickly, always polite and professional, and absolutely no attempt to sell us related products or services (as per the scandalous BBC Panorama programme). I highly recommend them.

Viewed several properties through Next Move and they are so impressive. Absolutely not your usual selling agents. Sean and Maddie are super efficient, have excellent local knowledge of the area and neighbours, and are a delight to deal with. No sending the office junior here! I would 100% instruct them if I had something to sell and trust that they would secure the best deal for me.

As an estate agent myself, I have regular dealings with other estate agents during the conveyancing process. Sean Mangan was a delight to work with and it shows that he cares greatly for his clients and ensuring their move goes as smoothly as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking to move or just curious about the value of their home.
