I would like to express my sincere thanks to Martin Spies for the outstanding service provided in the sale of my one-bedroom flat. From the very beginning, he demonstrated the highest level of professionalism while also being incredibly approachable and friendly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was consistently accurate with information, patient in answering all of my questions, and always respectful in every interaction. I felt fully supported throughout the journey, knowing that I could rely on his guidance and expertise at every stage. It is rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth and attentiveness. I would not hesitate to recommend Nest Seekers and Martin Spies to anyone considering buying or selling a property, as the quality of service and care I received was truly exceptional.

Krish took over the sale of one of our properties in Leicestershire. I have never met an agent so tenacious and motivated. I felt that I could rely on him to do what he said he would - get me a full ask offer. Within 2 months, he achieved us an offer over asking price! Krish made considerable effort to make sure we were informed at every stage. I highly recommend using him and his company

I had such a fantastic experience with Nest Seekers - Martin and Michelle. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive. Communication was always spot on, with quick replies, regular updates, and they were excellent at chasing and keeping things moving on both sides. Every interaction felt friendly and genuine, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with such lovely people.
