GoogleI moved in about 2 months ago and honestly, every part of the process with Monreal Shaw was perfect. From the viewing to the paperwork and the actual moving-in day, everything went smoothly and I was kept well informed throughout. Even after moving in, their service has been 10/10, for example, when I reported a leaking sink tap, it was replaced within 2 hours! Couldn’t recommend them more for their professionalism and quick response.

Adam was very understanding and polite, ensuring the entire process, from viewings to the final move-in, was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

GoogleNever interact with this agent and never opt in to receice any comms from them. Then receice some random emails asking me to sell my flat. Given nowadays people are aware of the data use with GDPR comes into play , this really gets me. If I receive any more emails from this agent, I will make a formal complain for sure. If an agent is good enough, potential sellers will come forward and they do not need to do this.

GoogleA very professional lettings agent. I came to Monreal Shaw after a nightmare experience with another agent. Moe who was overseeing the move into my new home was very understandable and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted. What’s more, he didn’t try to squeeze any more money out of me like the previous agent at another firm tried to do. To cut a long story short, I love my new home and Moe was able to make the transition super easy at great value for money too. I’m coming on here as Moe took time out of his day to call me 2 months into getting my keys and ask me how I’m finding my new home. GoogleOnly because I couldnt give zero stars! Waste of time agency! I wouldn't recommend to both tenants and landlords alike. They tell you they'll get in touch to confirm your viewing and never get back in touch. If u follow up you will only speak to a different person who just carries on the cycle! Really apalled by the lethargic attitude of the staff here...little wonder the apartment I have been interested in hasnt been snapped up yet after being on the market for 2 months. I don't know why any Landlord will entrust their property to these incapable hands...
Hi Temi, After reviewing the records we have for you, I can see you spoke with Jamal Ali originally on the 8th March 2018 regarding the property. A viewing was trying to be arranged for you but we were having difficulties in getting access from the tenant, which was explained to you. The tenant at that time only allowed viewings at specific times/dates which unfortunately didn’t match your available times and Jamal was unable to show you the flat. You then advised Jamal that you will continue your search. I can see from the notes now that you contacted the office yesterday to say you have a viewing today, which wasn’t arranged as we had no prior conversation with you about this viewing. We would be happy to show you the flat at another time that works for you. Please can you contact Jamal on ali@monrealshaw.com who will arrange this for you. We apologise if you feel you haven’t received good service, but with certain properties, we can only access the flat at times that are given to us by the occupant/landlord/concierge and at times, this can take some time in arranging as not all occupants promptly respond to us.

GoogleHorrible experience! The agency doesn’t seem like they want to rent out their properties. Been trying to contact them for a whole week but all they did was taking my details over and over again and there was not even one phone call back! what a horrible customer experiences no wonder why there properties haven’t been rented out. I would stay away from this agency as I could imagine how their after rent/sale services gonna be like!
