I used Michael Morris as my letting agent and then to sell my property, and my experience with them was always excellent. The whole team, and in particular Michele, helped me immensely through my journey as a landlord and as a seller. I had great tenants, both of whom remained in the property for many years without any issue, and Michael Morris was always on hand to provide assistance to both them and myself. I highly recommend anyone considering letting or selling a property to choose Michael Morris.

Look up a synonym for ‘wonderful!’ and you’ll find Michael Morris Estate Agent alongside it! It’s my second time using this Estate Agent and I have to say they have surpassed my expectations. They are friendly, professional, supportive and incredibly invested in their work; genuine and sincere! Even after the sale of the property was completed they were still willing to help! I have rented with them. Claudia and the team are very reliable and swift in addressing any issues or needs a tenant may have. They are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I agree with all the other reviews, they are more the exception than the rule in London, compared to some of my bad previous experiences - just a great agency. I would always recommend them.

1 in a Million. I have bought and sold a number of properties from this agent over the years and they have also managed rental properties on my behalf.I cannot speak more highly of them. Totally professional and a 100% Honest. Very hard to find agents like them in this day and age. Great management and lettings department.They always go that extra mile to provide a great service with a smile. You would be hard pushed to find a more friendly or accommodating agent.

I was recommended by a friend to use Michael Morris Estate Agents to rent a flat and they were amazingly really good ! I was surprised how easy they made the process and how honest they were compared to other Estate Agents in terms of not charging extra fees. They went the extra mile in terms of arranging viewings to suit my night time job and ironed out all the little issues between me and the landlord. I suppose one criticism I can say was that the tea wasn't hot the 2nd time I went in to sign up apart from that they were brilliant.

I have dealt with some really unreasonable lettings agencies in the last but Michael Morris have been really good. When I had a problem with the boiler I called them at 11 o'clock at night and they picked up the phone and assured me they would have it fixed the next morning and they did! Plumber arrived at 9.30 and was gone by 10.30. Really good service.

We rented through Michael Morris for a year, and would never use or recommend them again. Its such a huge shame that letting agents can't just be honest, decent people. These are greedy people riding (and driving) the wave of astronomical house and rental prices, with no dignity whatsoever. Just beware, and ensure everything is writing. photograph the property the day you move in, and highlight any discrepancies with the itinerary immediately!
