GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of MBL, they are by far the best agency that I have ever used, and there have been a few! I have rented with MBL for the last 9 years and was sorry to leave them after purchasing my own property. Mark has always been a delight to speak to, Grace is excellent and was kind enough to put me in touch with Will when I needed work carrying out on my new property. I highly recommend MBL, thank you so much for everything over the last 9 years.

GoogleI have rented from them for 2 years in Clapham. As an American, they made the process so easy and really took the time to answer my questions and accommodate my unique situation. When living in the flat, they were always very responsive. Would absolutely recommend Grace and the team again and again!

GoogleHave you ever thought you could find an estate agency in London that is absolutely incredible? Probably not, and neither did we. MBL is the most professional and kind estate agency we ever worked with and I’m dreading the day I will not be a tenant of a property they look after. We have been in one of their properties for over three years and they were always professional and caring. We can’t thank Grace enough for making us feel welcome and well looked after. Their A team (electricity, gas and heating person, handyman) is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Since living in Central London for several years, we’ve rented properties through various large and medium sized rental companies whose quality of service, attention to detail and general organisation was sup-par. I’m delighted that we have had the total opposite experience with MBL, the whole team has been fantastic to deal with. Every issue has been handled with urgency and care, every interaction has been met with kindness and consideration and, an important note, every third-party tradesman or technician has been knowledgeable, professional and beyond helpful. Very very impressed and relieved to be renting through a property organisation who has it all figured out!

Being unfamiliar with rental processes and requirements, I had been neglected and rejected by other estate agencies, as most people may have experienced during the renting process. After a month of housing searches, I found MBL Estates Ltd and sent property viewing enquiries to them. They provided detailed information about the properties and maintained efficient communications with emails and texts. Supporting me with a clear vision of the process, they guided me through the procedure and addressed my queries patiently, allowing me to complete the rental process within a week.
