I ve been a tenant for a number of years in a large Max Barney-owned property. They really made an effort to understand my business, which allowed it to flourish. They are very approachable and easy to deal with and when I’m ready for my next commercial property, I will go to them first!

If you are a small business DO NOT rent your space from these guys, you will regret it. These guys have to be the worst commercial landlords I have ever come across. They rent premises not fit for purpose, will not attempt to rectify any problems that arise during the tenancy, and will do everything possible to keep your deposit when your tenancy ends. I should have followed my gut and not dealt with them in the first place, having them as landlords put tremendous strain on my business and staff. I just hope this review stops another business owner from making the same mistake I did. No matter how much you want the premises, there are other premises out there and much better landlords, don’t risk your business for a space!

Highly unethical landlords. Unbelievably greedy. Took 500k gbp in rent and renovations. Then kick me out because I refused to pay rent during covid.. As if I hadn't done enough for them already in only 1 year and a half of trade.
