GoogleNo one ever picks up the phone regardless of whether it’s 9am-6pm no one picks up. You leave a message no one calls back even though they tell you to leave a message and someone will call back. You send emails, no one responds. Not sure if they only have 1 staff member dealing with everything but they need to recruit staff asap or action emails/call back requests much quicker!
