FacebookAfter deciding to sell our home we wanted to find someone that was honest reliable and down to earth not your usual pushy cheesy agent that was only interested in money, and WOW we find this!!
Paul, David and Luke from the start to finish were everything we asked for, any questions were answered right away and kept us informed every step of the way!! They made everything stress free and even though we have moved out the area we wouldn’t choose anyone else from now on.
So thank you so much guys you really are the best agents around 😊

TrustpilotBeware of Unjust Charges and Lack of Transparency
I recently had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency regarding the deductions from our holding deposit. Initially, they quoted us £1100 for paint repair and deep cleaning. When we requested a detailed quotation from their tradesperson, hoping to find a more competitive quote, they provided us with a vague and inflated estimate of £1450 from a painting service company. This suspiciously increased amount felt like retaliation for our inquiry.

FacebookBrilliant work by a lovely team. Having been strung along by a different Plumstead estate agents, we gave them six weeks to not just find us but move us into a property, Daniel, David and team were brilliant and got us a great house in a lovely area. Helped us fly through the process and get in the house just in time. Thanks guys.

FacebookHighly ecommended by our local parents WhatsApp group. My experience was the same high quality. From the valuation to the end of the process, communication was always clear, prompt and forthcoming.

FacebookWithout doubt the most helpful and efficient estate agents I’ve used/dealt with! Always available for any questions or issues I had, exemplary service from Paul Allen in particular. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, 10/10.
