GoogleI was a tenant for 4 years at a flat managed by Mariana Real Estate. Rasa and Jelena were great at communication and attentive to anything that needed to be fixed in the apartment. I appreciate their kindness and timeliness. They made checkout of the apartment very smooth as well, and I would definitely love to work with them again. Thank you!

GoogleI have been a tenant at a Mariana Real State property and the experience has been very good. Every time we needed help from them, their response was very fast and solving the problem effectively. In addition to being great professionals, they show a human side that is not so common in the real estate business. For personal reasons we had to modify the contract and both, they and the landlord, understood the situation perfectly and did everything on their part so that both parties were satisfied. Super recommended to rent with them. Thank you so much Rasa and Jelena, was a pleasure meeting you.

GoogleMe and 2 friends have been renting a property with Mariana Real Estate for just under two years and have been really impressed with the overall experience. They were highly professional when taking us around the property in March 2018, with a backlog of details on the property which really impressed us and the property met all of our expectations. Throughout the rental agreement they have been flexible, transparent and shown a willingness to ensure we are happy with the service and property. Jelena has been our point of contact over the duration of the rental agreement. Jelena is amazing - super helpful, addressing all of our questions and regularly checks in with us to ensure there are no issues/outstanding questions. Thank you so much Jelena! I look forward to working with Mariana Real Estate when it comes to buying a property in London!

GoogleRented a property under Mariana for nearly 3 years and they managed the property for the landlord. Were always prompt to deal with any issues we raised and Jelena, Rasa, Sacha were a pleasure to deal with. End-of-tenancy process was swift and unobtrusive, a stark difference to past experiences with other agencies. Can happily recommend.

Processes were really smooth and efficient (check in, check out) and our agent was available whenever we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI have been a tenant in one of the properties from Mariana Real Estate for the past two years in London. I rarely write reviews but my experience over the last two years compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion to have received this kind and level of service, especially in London, which I have never received from any other agency in London in 8 years of tenancies. The support, professionalism and responsiveness that I received over the last two years has been outstanding, to a level that if I will ever go back to London I would only rent again from Mariana Real Estate.

GoogleI just completed on a property purchase through Mariana Real Estate and have nothing but compliments for this company. The whole process has been very smooth and transparent. Both Sacha and Jelena have been very responsive and helpful throughout, making sure all questions were addressed, often reaching out to both side's solicitors to ensure nothing was holding the process. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thanks again!

GoogleThe team at Mariana were really great over the time I lived in one of their properties. They were always very responsive and friendly - and were quick to resolve any issues we had. They were very proactive and all a very friendly group. Thanks to the team and look forward to working with them again soon.
