We had been looking for our first property purchase for over a year until we met Harrie from Marcus Reilly Estate Agents. From the first call, we had a great feeling this was going to work out. He seemed very engaging over the phone, and quickly switched over to WhatsApp where it was easier for us to keep in touch. On the day of the first viewing (Saturday), the property was ready for us, he was already inside, he knew all the facts about the neighbours, what they did, what we could do in the neighbourhood, etc. We loved the place, but the full experience was delivered by Harrie. We wanted to see it again the following day (Sunday) so there was Harrrie making that happen. He made it feel personal, sat us on the sofa, chatted about our thoughts, doubts, etc. and made us realise that it was the property for us. We made an offer the following day and got it accepted. Over the following couple of months, Harrie was very proactive in pushing brokers, solicitors and rest of the parties toward completion. Thanks Harrie for a great experience! If we sell our house at some point we know who will be selling it for us.

If I could advise one thing, it’s to pick up the phone and call! Harrie at Marcus Reilly is amazing. After that first phonecall I actually felt happy - I thought, “wow, here is someone who really cares, who’s going to go all out to find me a property”. And so it was. He was in touch every step of the way and full of advice, expertise and support. The feeling is completely different with Marcus Reilly - it’s one of faith and trust, because Harrie has your best interests at the forefront of his mind. And he has years of experience at his fingertips. Highly recommended!

So good to see this sign saying Sold. If you need your place sold I can recommend this guy, very good and will help you with forward sale and buying. He did what purple bricks couldn't do in 5 months 👍😊🏠
