Florence is just amazing and went out of her way to find rental accomodation for my daughter who has been transferred to London from Sydney. I highly recommend Florence and her team. Their service and support is consistently excellent, and I have never thought to move despite a myriad of letters from other Agents. During this latest tenancy transition, Fajer has given exceptional support in preparing my flat for its new tenant. She is committed, hard working and friendly. A great person to have on side. The sales team were overwhelmed by a wave of potential tenants. Valentina, despite a number of offers which I rejected, persevered to find me a tenant that fitted the brief. Her professional approach in this was appreciated. Alex continues to lead this busy, professional team ably supported by the ever friendly and helpful Hannah and Polly. Highly recommended by a grateful landlord.
