I have had a very good experience with Lyss Homes during the shared ownership process. The viewing was conducted by Shakir, who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the development and the process. Dran was also very helpful throughout the application stage, responding quickly to my emails and answering any questions I had clearly. My affordability assessment was carried out by Mudassar at TMP Mortgages, who was particularly excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was very helpful when answering the various questions I had about the mortgage and affordability process. Overall the process has been smooth so far and everyone involved has been very professional and supportive.

We have had a fabulous experience with this estate agent. The team have been extremely insightful and consistently rapid in their communication, which made the whole process far less stressful. I would especially like to highlight Shakir, the director, and Dran, who was our first point of contact. Both were delightful in their approach and incredibly helpful throughout. I cannot say enough good about Shakir and his team. Lyss Homes made what was a long journey and stressful experience as smooth as it could possibly be. 5 Stars, Outstanding Service from Start to Finish We recently bought a flat with the help of Shakir at Lyss and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first phone call, he was friendly, professional and genuinely invested in helping us secure the property. What really stood out was how supportive and proactive Shakir was during the conveyancing process, which had a few tricky moments. He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors, keeping communication flowing between all parties and helping to resolve issues quickly and calmly. Shakir is not just highly knowledgeable and professional but throughout the process he was also very personable and empathetic with our situation - we recently moved back to the UK from abroad and our flat needed a fair amount of prepararation (repairs, cleaning, certificates, legal documents, etc.).
