GoogleSkye showed me a property for rental which i then went on to successfully move into, she was extremely professional and informative, and helped me through the entire process from applying to rent to finally getting the keys. She even gave me a list of restaurants and bars within the area and surrounding, which is great because I don't know london at all, couldn't recommend more.

GoogleSlowest possible agency. You always have to chase them twice before they do it. It's been 6 weeks since I moved out and I'm still waiting for my deposit.
Agent replied
Hi Andrei, we are very sorry to hear you feel this way, we try to be as speedy as possible especially when it comes to returning deposits, but there can be several things that hold up the process. We believe you are in contact with our Property Management team, but if you wish to speak further about this please contact Customer Services by emailing customerservices@ludlowthompson.com We hope this gets resolved for you soon.

GoogleWe found Martin, the estate agent, to be very professional and friendly. He openly answered every question and for things he did not know, he checked it at the spot or wrote it down to get back to us, which he did. As first-time buyers, it's important for us to have a professional estate agent, and we felt we have been treated properly and nicely. Recommend.

GoogleMy agent, Kerl, was incredibly professional and helpful. He was also very nice and honest, not "pushy" like a lot of agents. It was simply a pleasure to work with him. We would definitely go with the apartment Kerl showed us, if not a change of our plans. When we return to search for the apartment in London, Kerl will be the one we will contact.

GoogleWe live in Canada Water and we are looking for a new property to rent. Our agent Skye McDermott was very kind and professional with us. She understood immediately our requirements and she was able to arrange a view the same day we meet her for the first time. I definitely recommend her and this agency estate for the quality of the service.

GoogleAfter recently starting our search as first time buyers we are still in the early stages. We met with Martin in lewisham and he was really helpful with information about the property but also about the general market as well. He had a couple of properties he was able to take us to, all within our original specifications. I would happily go out to view with Martin again!!
