GoogleWe found our flat with another letting agency, but LudlowThompson was great all along and offered properties curated to our criterias, was mostly in contact with Nathan Ellis who was on the ball! Thanks!

GoogleTerence Cunningham provided excellent service to me once again in the sale of a property in Mile End, securing a successful sale in challenging market conditions, including maintaining buyer interest during a difficult lease re-negotiation. I highly recommend his services: friendly, professional and diligent, and with a very good knowledge of the local market.

GoogleSelling a property is fraught with setbacks and time is often of the essence. Terence Cunningham, steered me through it, like an airborne glider on a calm day. When I looked up, my 7th floor flat was sold and I was spared the tense nerves, which often accompanies selling a home.

GoogleAfter thorough research in the Bow area, Ludlow Bow is by far the best in terms of rates and services for selling. Terence and Emma are both amazing agents, extremely professional and always follows up and keeps you up to date to the second. Will definitely work with again.

GoogleExcellent Service. From the beginning, Emma and Terrance handled the sale of our flat with professionalism. Terrance helped us with services not normally provided by a real estate agent that made the sale go smoothly. The communication and rapid responses to our questions were without equal. You cannot find better agents!
