We chose Love Living as we loved how they present their listings :clean, beautifully shot, and thoughtfully written, without feeling salesy or cheesy. Beyond the visuals that same care carried through the whole experience, David was always responsive, calm under pressure, and quick to jump in when things are tangled up. Love Living Review - June 2025 Having tried, trusted and failed to secure the sale of our property via the traditional estate agent route, we were beginning to become despondent and wonder if we would ever sell our unique home. A weekend knock on the door brought the Love Living team into our lives. Once engaged in our sale, the speed at which they visited, advised on property preparation and relaunched the property onto the market was quick and efficient. Well the house sale was an unbelievably long journey, and David at Love Living was very patient and amazing throughout. It took 3 years for my mum to find another house she loved as much as the one we sold through Love Living and David waited along with the buyer for that to happen! Extremely stressful times and thanks to David, I was able to relax knowing that we had a great buyer, we just had to worry about the chain further up. All in all, I would recommend Love Living because knowing the area is one thing, but being close to potential buyers is also important.

I'd got to the point where I decided I could no longer deal with the large corporate lettings agents in Hackney (I had a particularly bad experience with one of them) and wanted to find a small, flexible agent that would give us the bespoke service we needed. I'm so grateful we found Love Living Hackney. They've surpassed all expectations, right from the first call I made to Suzie in the office when she qualified my requirement. I was stunned when Max (a co-founder and co-director) called me back within 5 minutes of Suzie taking my call. This service excellence has been typical and consistent throughout, from stunning images and brochure which are some of the best I've seen from an agent; great descriptions - and honest advice about pricing and marketing. Also, keeping my husband and I updated throughout the process. Max personally gave us feedback after the first few viewings - and most importantly he found us a great tenant in record time. The move in process needed to happen very quickly and Max went over and above, even working out of office hours to do all the relevant checks/paperwork, to make sure our tenant could move in within days of making an offer. I can't say enough good things about the team.
