GoogleOutstanding service, great energy, fabulous results. This was an epic journey with a successful completion after 4 attempts at buying a flat in central London. Only thanks to Miles boundless positivity, tenacity, as well as knowing the market so well and not giving up on me as a client. I could not have done this with LCP and Miles specifically. Have already recommended the team to my friend and will keep on recommending to other people.

GoogleStrongly recommend revamping your website. You are a real estate agency, not a blog. Saw a property advertised by yourselves on Rightmove. Went on your website to search more details and spent over 10 mins trying to locate properties for sale. Loads of waffle on the website without considering practicality. Eventually came out of your website, followed your "properties for sale" link that came up in a Google search and said property wasn't even on the list. Appalling and costly waste of time for any busy professional/businessperson. Ask yourself what is anyone accessing your website looking for? Answer - property to buy or let. You seem to be focused on people 'scheduling a call' instead. Kindly insert a simple and easily accessible way to perform a property search asap.

GoogleRented us a flat that was infested with moths (found by us on our day of move in), we had to pay rent until they found a new tenant, beware as they clearly are not aware of the state of their properties before renting out EDIT in response: the moth infestation was not found on the inventory which was done the day we moved in - this was done too late to effect any change and was clearly substandard inspection given it was immediately apparent to us and we contacted the agent within 24 hours of moving in. The mutual agreement referenced was us paying the rent (of an infested flat prior to us moving in) until they found a new tenant to ensure they didn't lose a single pound of rent!
Dear Ben We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service provided by LCP. We take all matters such as this seriously and we can see that there was no evidence of moths at the time of the previous tenants leaving the property or your viewing. This issue only showed when you entered the property, so there was no way anyone could have known. A mutual agreement with owner was reached to allow early release from your contract. GoogleWe just moved to London and this is our first time using the services of LCP, and I would highly recommend them. Liam is highly reachable and good in sorting out problems. He patiently explained the process, discussed all our concerns, and got us through the paperwork to the final tenancy agreement. He supported our request for a TV and Hoover to be added. Hannah has been excellent also in responding to queries and getting plumbers and other technicians to work on problems. Now after 10 days in the flat, we’re working through a series of issues and resolving them thanks mainly to Hannah’s help. All in all, excellent service.

GoogleLandlords be warned: This must be one of the worst letting agents on the streets. They consistently under manage properties in their portfolio, think unnecessary vacancy due to being disorganised, below market rental agreements due to negligence / lack of care, and no communication with either landlord or tenants which results in all sorts of repercussions (e.g. leaks persisting, installation of wrong white goods resulting in permanent water damage, forgetting to renew contracts in time, not negotiating new contract terms in time). Worst of all, they are arrogant on top of all mismanagement. Avoid at all cost.

GoogleWe very much regret trusting the Directors and investing £100,000. At the time, over five years ago, they painted a very glossy picture that I would receive 12%pa income. Not a penny has been paid. They came up with all kinds of excuses why they cannot even pay back the original investment after so many years whilst during this time LCP have relocated to much bigger and well built offices at the cost of investors.
