GoogleOur first home purchase, which involved a contract reassignment, went incredibly smoothly thanks to Secrea and Billy at Lixing. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

GoogleLixing is a Property Consultancy and Estate Agency Based in London. I was looking for a property to buy and I came across Lixing in one of my viewings. At the beginning they didn't look like a very reliable company, when I put an offer on a second-hand property they charged me a 3k pounds non-refundable reservation fee (to be later deducted from the full amount). For me it was an insane amount but since I liked the property very much, I decided to move forward with the process.
After the payment my perception changed completely and I could notice their premium service. Dennis and Billy were very proactive, attentious and diligent in get things moving. They did an awesome work in interfacing the communication between us and the sellers. They were also available all the time in case anything was needed. In the end we managed to complete the purchase and everything went well. If you are considering a state agency and you are sure about the property you are buying, I would totally recommend Lixing.

GoogleRob Ryan was a real gem in helping me with the purchase of a flat in London. The sale was not without complications but his patience and persistence really paid off. He was also really easy to approach and flexible when I asked to view the property again. Would recommend.
