GoogleWe had a really positive experience as tenants with Lifestyle Property Agents. When searching for and securing our rental property Adam was very helpful and personable. Our point of contact since then has been Ann, who has been lovely, and great at helping us get issues resolved quickly and even supported us with a few issues after we moved out of the property. We would recommend!

GoogleMyself and my partner have just come out of renting a property that was also managed by Lifestyle for two years. Our moving in process with Adam was incredibly smooth and he was on the ball at all times. Throughout our tenancy Ann was our property manager. She was attentive at all times and when anything needed to be done with the property it was quick. Would highly recommend Lifestyle to friends and family.

GoogleJust came out of a one year tenancy and after reading the other negative reviews, I’m glad to know that it wasn’t just me who had such a bad experience. They do not conduct inventory check in reports so I moved into a flat to find that there were multiple things broken and/or not working. Throughout my tenancy, I had to fight/argue to have the problems that I’d reported amended and was often blamed or it was implied that I was lying about how they had occurred. There were things that they/the landlord flat out refused to fix which I had to pay for myself & the communal area wasn’t cleaned for 6 months meaning it was absolutely filthy amongst many other issues. A few weeks before the end of my tenancy, my washing machine stopped working and after reporting it, I was ignored as if they had just washed their hands with me. My current letting agency/landlord are amazing and I’m glad I don’t have to deal with LPA anymore. * all pictures below were taken just after moving in. Broken boiler, broken shower head/door, broken cooker, broken kitchen panels, broken washing machine, mould on all blinds, dirty communal area and much more.

Despite been new to the country the agent - Mitchelle was always available to answer and provide solutions to any bottle neck , one thing that stood out for me is she always picks her call whenever I call and always provides solutions Thank you

GoogleAvoid this one please. I had registered For a 1 bedroom property the day it was advertised. The agent told me that they will confirm with the tenant. Nobody called my i kept following up with them. And a week later their agent tells me that the property is no longer available.! And the a blunt reply that she didnt organise the viewing! Totally irresponsible. Do not trust them.

GooglePlease avoid this agency. They are not a professional. They do favoritism and they cheated me in the recent property sales. They finalized someone to sell the property and name sake they do viewing. Only frustration what you will get by this agency.

GoogleReally good quality service! One of the not many agencies who gets in touch after you left your request. Our experience is completely nice! Adam helped us to complete and manage everything about our rent documents. He was extremely calm when I was bothering him while I was filling up all documents. He works fast! Sam is a positive person and good as an agent! If there are any questions or issues with your property you can contact her and she tries her best to help you! We've got our apartment and have to solve a few issues and of course Sam is always there for the help ;) I hope we solve everything that we've got out! GoogleI have used Lifestyle Property agents as a landlord with a number of properties for a number of years and always found them to be efficient and helpful for me and my tenants. The key thing for me is they have integrity when dealing with myself and my tenants which I have found sadly lacking in other estate agents I have delt with. I would therefore not hesitate to recommend them and often do.

GoogleLIFESTYLE PROPERTY AGENCY, EBB COURT OFFICE = AVOID A group of scum, liars and idiots that call themselves 'a professional agency' Completely unprofessional, ill mannered. Arranged a time for viewing of two bedroom flat. Next day when I contacted him, he could not even remember anything. After refreshing his memory couple of times, finally he remembered the property and our conversation. Property was advertised as 'FULLY' furnished flat. When I viewed, it was completely unfurnished. I was deeply shocked and disappointed to know all pics posted by them on Zoopla website were completely fake. In the pics property was fully furnished and equipped with high quality furniture and nice decoration plus secured private car parking in the basement. I had half day off from work to view this property and drove all the way down from Essex. When I asked the reason why is it unfurnished? he was completely in dark. No clues. When I asked about fake pics, He said pics were taken when property was furnished now tenant is gone and he has taken his furniture (WTF). The ' viewing agent' was unqualified, unprofessional, sick and joker type teen ager. Job for him was just a time pass. God knows he might be a trainee for work experience. He did not know anything about the property and its features especially When I asked him about parking he was completely unaware. All he was interested in me paying him £387+ vat agency fee, £96 credit reference fee and I think £125+vat for check in fee 'ASAP' to 'book the flat'. When I tried to negotiate on rent for unfurnished flat without parking, he turned up behaving rudely and pushing me for higher rent and started unethical texting. Asking me if I could not afford rent why would I came for viewing (WTF :( Please DO NOT trust this agency. They only try to make money of someone's misery of finding urgent accommodation or moving houses. I would not recommend this sick, liar and cheap agent for anyone. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. ITS WASTE OF TIME. That's all I WANTED TO SAY ABOUT HIM.

I have interviewed the lettings team and it comes to light that the landlord of the property you were interested in decided to go with someone else. That is not a negative reflection on Lifestyle Property and all Landlords have the final decision who they rent to. All we did was explain this and not sure why a one star review has been left
