GoogleVery poor communication skills. I would not have them let any of my properties judging by the length of time they to took to respond to an enquiry to lease a commercial property (expressways). It took 5 working days a phone call to the office which involved speaking to senior staff before an agent (Rob) to contact me and ask me how long I would like to lease for.

GoogleExtremely helpful at all stages. Our Landlord's agent is absolutely useless and Hannan couldn't be more different! She's been courteous and helpful at all stages, property repairs have been done quickly and efficiently. Frankly she seems to be a rare joy in a sector without a great reputation.
