GoogleDon’t be fooled by the ratings/reviews. They’ve obviously gotten their employees, friends and family to write nice things. Far from the truth. Extremely dodgy company that accepted our offer, told us they are preparing the tenancy agreement, stopped answering our calls for a few days to stall us, then told us they received a higher offer that they submitted to the landlord and to match it if we want the property.

GoogleDon't rent from Lessel if you want agents that will act as honest and helpful intermediaries with the landlord!
Our landlord (via Lessel) demanded a rent increases of £350 pm which we couldn't afford. We attempted to negotiate this down because we saw similar flats were not this expensive, which we sent them links to on Rightmove. Lessel claimed these flats did not exist, did not help us to negotiate and said it was the landlord's final offer.
So we had to move out to get a lower rent. However after moving out we saw that Lessel had not managed to let our old flat (even though we gave them 2 months' notice) and are now advertising at just 50 pounds more than we were paying! So they caused us all this stress for no gain whatsoever!

Extremely dodgy company with no morals. They submitted our offer to the landlord, told us it was accepted, didn’t take the property off the market, did more viewings, got a higher offer, told us we need to increase an already accepted offer if we want to secure the flat. We obviously withdrew our offer as we didn’t want to deal with a company like that.

GoogleMy experience for dealing with this estate agent wasn't a good one I was looking for a flat to rent therefore I called them to enquire about one of their advert for the flat available to let. I had to called them several times on different days before anybody answered my phone. At couple of times, someone answered the call and took my details and promised that a person from the lettings team will call me back but that never happened. Don't expect good customer service from this company
