I have to agree with the other reviews Laurels excelled in their service from start to finish! Rob and his team were all very professional, and kept us constantly updated with the progress of the sale of our property which, with the great pictures, sold quickly. I too would recommend Laurels to anyone who is looking to sell their property not only for their competitive rates but for their friendly service.

Laurels (Liam and Rob) were incredible. It is not often you can say that you get more than you pay for, but these guys over-delivered. The positives: - Very clear communication and managing of expectations during the whole sales process - Customer focus - They are not a large chain where you are just one of many "potential commissions", they put a significant amount of time and effort (we had many calls and emails on their weekends and holidays) - Extremely proactive, they chased multiple parts of our chain and were constantly following up - Great hand holders - there were a number of points of panic on our part and they were always ready to give advice and make sure we were happy The negatives: -They are both serious salesmen - which might put some people off, but don't let that stop you using them, that's exactly what you need when selling your property. Would really recommend Laurels to anyone looking to sell their home. We dealt mostly with Liam and he was so helpful from beginning to end. Really enthusiastic and efficient team. These agents did a lot of the leg work for us - chasing up people so we didn't have to. There isn't a need for an agent with a store front these days - as these guys convinced us and proved it. They arranged amazing professional photos, got it into Zoopla and Right move,set us up with an open day and we received the asking price offer within a couple of days of that. Can't really fault them at all. Would recommend to all my friends. Thanks Laurels & Liam!

Having just moved into my new home bought through Laurels I couldn't be happier. From start to finish as a purchaser I was kept up to date, queries answered on the occasions solicitors couldn't get hold of each other Laurels stepped in and made the process much quicker and smoother. I cannot speak for them as a vendor but as a purchaser I would not hesitate to recommend them and would recommend all prospective purchasers join their books as they made the process so quick and easy - much more than I have experiences with other agents.

I'd tried most of the so-called bigger corporate Agencies, promised the earth and did nothing. Laurels put a fresh view on the selling of my property. They said they would sell it, and they did. I couldn't have asked anymore of Rob and Bethany. A great service and there when we needed them. All round a great team!
