Latymers have truly exceeded our expectations of an estate agent. Ammar and Alan worked with us in buying our first home and they were there to assist us throughout the entire buying process, from viewing right through to completion. During our viewings, Ammar was patient, considerate and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and always following up on any missing details. Throughout the buying process, Ammar worked diligently to move the process along, always responding promptly and making every effort to help us in any way possible. Not only did Latymers go beyond their responsibilities as an agent, they demonstrated to us their kindness and compassion. We are both truly grateful for the time and effort that Ammar and Alan put into helping us buy our first home. We are now settling into the property and we couldn’t be happier, thanks to the help of Latymers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family; and we shall be using their services again in the future, whenever that might be.

The team at Latymers Estate Agents have been nothing but stellar. My partner and I have lived there for the last 4 years- changing flats 3 times and each time Ali has gone over and beyond in helping us secure the flat we wanted. We loved Latymer Court so much that we looked to purchase there to which Alan was amazing and showed us around, liaising with the owners of the property all in record time. Lidia as a new addition to the team has also been great in assisting us move into the most recent flat. The service they provide their clients is one of the best we've experienced in London!

Very disappointing service … have brought up some issues of my flat to Flavinda however zero communication from her , no follow up, no replay or anyone of the latymers team. You move in and immediately they cut of all communication and you have to sort out the problems urself. Reaching out now to the apartment owners as Latymers is not responding or willing to take ownership. Avoid at all costs !

I wish I could give zero stars. for Ali Hassan And Flavinda Latymers Estate Agents. Since I moved in I had a lot of issue start from the inventory team they use from MS Inventory Maha Saigh she was very unprofessional and did not check everything properly and cause a lot of problems. They give us broken dishwasher and I need to beg for 3 months until they fixed it properly, they did not provide the parking stickers until I need to seek around the information to the Concierge for the parking sticker until the Concierge helped me to chase them to provide it to me, Broken Curtain, Broken Shower in both bathroom really uncomfortable this conditions and inconvenient is not what anyone wants for moving in to the new flat!! And when I finished my contract I just asked Ali not coming to my flat early in the morning because its not convinient for me but he just threaten me to raise the issue to the landlord and this is really unfair for the tenant who still pay full amount of the rent just asked for not coming early in the morning so ridiculous. And not finish only until that, they took my deposit without providing the level of service I expected. They were unprofessional and seemed more interested in closing the deal than in addressing my concerns. After I paid, I struggled to get any updates or responses. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable property agent.

We have been renters in the UK since 2000 and have been in a number of properties and dealt with our fair share of Letting Agents. Ali Hassan from your company (Latymers) has truly been a breath of fresh air for my wife and I in our last few property decisions and moves. Ali is patient and knowledgeable and is quite likely the hardest working person we've ever met. He's also a great listener which is indeed rare these days. In 2019 he placed us in a lovely flat on Brook Green where we stayed for a few years and he sorted out all of our issues. We were recently flooded in our flat in Fulham and Ali came to the rescue and negotiated a lovely place for us in Latymer Court. We were living in an Aibnb due to the floods and he came through for us quickly and efficiently. Latymers Estate Agents is very fortunate to have a person with Ali's character and drive. Ali is the reason we choose Latymers!!

We rented a 3 bedroom Flat in July 2023 for £4200pm, and some issues began from the beginning, the biggest one they the air conditioner system, which was guaranteed but it has been broken for 3 years; the flat is warmed because the heating control is still broken and the temperature is too high and they are no coming to fix it, we are forced to leave the windows permanently opened to have regular temperatures. The heater in the master bedroom has been broken since the beginning. Currently, it is impossible to use the washing machine because the dryer is not working. In the living room, under the wood floor appeared a strange stain (probability due to a broken pipe), the agency sent an engineer to check it, but nothing changed and everything was still broken. Very bad agency not recommended.

Worst rental experience ever. Best thing we ever did was move after 6 months break clause. A couple of things to note: - They allowed the landlord to change the ‘check-in’ inventory while we were on holiday, after we gave our notice to vacate (5 months in). Without notifying us. - Upon check-out they requested a ‘more experienced’ inventory clerk to cover the check-out procedure. Even though we left the flat cleaner than move-in, they charged 20 pounds for light-bulbs, ‘slight dust’ and many items that were originally not new….still disputing charges.

Best property managers ever! I called them at 5.10 on a Friday evening about my kitchen sink which started leaking, and the person was there within half an hour. Each member of staff feels personally responsible that my personal comfort staying at one of their properties - which has now been a few years - is of real concern. The boss even calls every so often to make sure everything if fine. Very professional and caring. Highly recommended.

We have been renting for a number of years a property managed by Latymers. They have been acting professionally and responsively at every step. At signing we appreciated flexibility about furniture and improvements, at tenancy extension certain new terms were agreed and performed, at check out they were very helpful to accommodate changes in our situation. The property management of this agent to Latymers Court tenant is very good. I had a ceiling lamp light bulb blown and need to be replaced. Due to the high ceiling and did not know how to remove the the lamp cover, I asked the agent for help. The property manager sent the subcontractor to help the work the next day and finished in five minutes. Thank you so much for the assistance as it should be the responsibilty of the tenant to change the light bulb.

Latymers are one of the worst agencies around the neighborhood and everyone knows that. I met them initially when I wanted to rent in the area. Liked an apartment and wanted to see if the landlord would make certain conditions (new paint, change carpet). He kept me waiting for a week saying he'd ask and then when I called back said he can't ask the landlord unless I actually signed the lease.

Really useless and unprofessional. Attempted several times to view a property. The agent kept responding saying he’d ‘text me later’ and on my final attempt to contact him to set up a viewing he told me the property had been let to the landlord’s personal contact but didn’t even intend to let me know. Very time wasting - wouldn’t recommend
