GoogleAn absolutely dreadful company to have as a property manager.
We have been pleading with them for months to fix broken locks and replace the building intercom system as we have been the target of multiple thefts, vandalism and burglary attempts. No care from Lantana and a complete lack of action on their part.
They're very quick to chase their management fees but good luck getting them to do anything for you once they've got them.
Even the most basic requests for repairs become relentless chores that need endless chasing before anything happens.
Avoid this company like the the plague.
