GoogleWe rented a property with Emma-Louise at Langford Lettings for 2 years, and the experience was excellent. Emma-Louise was incredibly attentive, helpful and responsive at every stage throughout the process. She was also very supportive, accommodating and balanced when things needed to be addressed. Emma-Louise goes the extra mile, which was hugely appreciated. We cannot recommend her enough!

GoogleI have been renting with Langford for the last 3 years. From helping me to find the right flat when I relocated to London, to making the moving out process super smooth, Emma-Louise has been amazing. She is so helpful abs professional, and has always really responsive to emails. She has made my first renting experience in London completely stress free!

GoogleCalled this lovely lady Emma Louise Fulton, so called MD of this outfit. Called up with all good intentions of asking her to pass a message of complaint to the landlord of my next door neighbours property. She turned it into an argument. Rude and obnoxious from the start. I got accused of being a paranoid schizophrenic just for making a simple noise nuisance complaint to pass on.Called the next day, i asked again, very civil, had she contacted the landlord. I firstly was told the previous day on the telephone I told lovely emma I was going to stab my new neighbour to death, wow! In a court of law, that is slanderous! I never said such a thing, and called her out as a liar! Again, this nasty woman turned it into an argument, and she ended the call by saying don't ever call here again! Wow! Nasty, unprofessional woman. Yes, I admit when she attended the property next door for viewing day, I got off on the wrong foot with her. And I did actually say sorry numerous times and spoke to her about tenants. But this lovely Emma, knowing back in February, I told her i was very sick and dying, but still carried on these two negative, argumentative phone calls. The stress this woman has caused me, just by asking her a.civil polite question. And I know now what this is all about. The former next door tenant had told Emma I was bullying her which is utterly nonsense, it was retaliation. So this lovely so called property guru, instantly disliked me, even hated me it seems, even though she was impartial, and had never met the former tenant, she says. The Woman is a compulsive liar! Avoid this woman at all costs! If she's like this to a general member of the public whom she never met before, and was informed from the start was very sick and dying, who knows what else she's capable of? I will be forwarding a detailed report to the T.P.O about the way she conducts her business, and attitudes towards neighbours of her letting agency tentants. And days after the 2 phone calls with this evil, evil woman, i am absolutely still fuming with her! A letting agent, getting involved in a next door neighbour dispute, surely this isn't right? Aggravating a dying mans health conditions, when already he's unwillingly embarressed himself telling this Cruella Deville of the property world, his mental health and physical health problems. Disgusting excuse for a human being. Will see what the family solicitor says, oh bigshot managing director.

Emma is exceptional at her job. She has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to get issues resolved extremely promptly and has been a dream to communicate with. Would recommend her to anyone buying. Amazing service!

GoogleEmma and her team are the best in the business. We first meet Emma many years ago when we were tenants. We were amazed at her efficiency, honesty and professionalism. We thought she was so fantastic when we ended up with a rental property of our own we knew she would be managing it. And thank goodness we did, she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out when we had problems with the property. Emma thank you so much for everything you did for us. GoogleHaving been both a landlord and a tenant for many years, I have worked with a lot of Lettings Agents. Which is why it was so refreshing to work with Emma-Louise Fulton and the team at Langford who provided such a consistently professional and friendly point of contact for us throughout our tenancy. I also truly believed that every decision that they negotiated between ourselves and the landlords really did take both sides needs or requirements into fair consideration.
