From start to finish, he and the team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and relayed this throughout our process. Communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us updated on any developments and answering any questions we had promptly and thoroughly. I couldn't recommend Landstones Estate Agents highly enough - they truly went above and beyond to help us find a home - especially during an extremely busy season.

GoogleDaniella went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home for our family. She is a prompt communicator and kept us very well informed, despite have to work with us in a completely different time zone. Although we were not able to see the place in person before signing, we felt very confident due to Daniella’s efforts (video walkthroughs, phone calls, additional photos). We are happy to say that the entire process with Landstones was organized, simple, and professional - would highly recommend. Also many thanks to Elliot, the director, for spending time assisting us over the phone and email.

From start to finish, Martyn was incredibly helpful and professional. He was always punctual, did exactly what he promised, and proved to be completely reliable throughout the process. What stood out most was his responsiveness, no matter the question or request, Martyn was quick to respond and always on top of things. If we were ever selling a property, we wouldn’t hesitate to use him. Highly recommend Martyn and the team at Landstones!

GoogleMartyn & his team helped to sell our property in Notting Hill - we couldn’t recommend Landstones enough. We had 5+ estate agents over to value our property and Martyn was just leagues ahead. Professional, warm, knowledgable and best part… no nonsense. Martyn genuinely cared about both our sale and our purchase. We had lots of advice throughout the process from Martyn which he made himself readily available for via text/call. He was also a saint when it came to the final weeks where he personally followed up with all parties regularly to ensure completion to our deadline (which was immovable due to working abroad). The level of communication and reassurance was amazing. If you’re selling a property, don’t use one of the huge chains - use Landstones!

GoogleEmma Hardouin was particularly efficient and responded promptly and helpfully to all of my emails throughout the process of renting the flat, which made me feel assured that there wouldn’t be any setbacks. She was also flexible enough to allow for an additional viewing prior to the start of the tenancy, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience with Landstones!

GoogleI’m a current/recent tenant in a property managed by Landstones and I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this agency, in particular with Tom H. and Martyn G.(owner). For more than two weeks there have been major roof works at my property, with no prior notice and noise so extreme that it has been impossible for me to work from home. I have ££ as a direct result of this disruption. My young daughter (7 months) has been extremely distressed by the constant banging and drilling. What has shocked me most is the complete lack of effective support or intervention from the letting agency: - No meaningful communication or warning about the scale or duration of the works - No practical help in finding a solution, despite being told clearly that I work from home - No repairs or remedial steps to address the impact on me as the tenant A repeated attitude of “this is not our responsibility”, even though they act as the property manager. No evidence that they have given the landlord any proper legal guidance or advice about how to handle major works with a sitting tenant, despite being paid by the landlord to manage the property, which says a lot about how they operate In my view, Landstones have failed to provide even basic property management services in this situation. I also have serious concerns about how they have handled their legal obligations around notice and the impact of major works on a tenant who is actually living in the property. Everyone can have a bad day, but this hasn’t been a one-off mistake, it has been ongoing for weeks, with no clear end in sight and no adequate response. BEWARE, I would strongly urge anyone considering renting a property managed by Landstones, or dealing with Tom and Martyn, to think very carefully and ask detailed questions about how they handle repairs, major works and tenant welfare. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

GoogleThe 2 times I've made enquiries with landstones about properties advertised I've been informed both times the property is suddenly no longer available and they then aggressively try to show me other properties instead. I can confirm in the most recent instance of this happening, the property has remained being advertised as available on rightmove days later. Is it a lure to get new customers contacting them? I have my suspicions

GoogleJust amazing experience with the Landstones RE Agency, which I 100% recommend if you are looking for sth in Notting Hill or Kensington & Chelsea. Unlike some bigger agencies, they show great professionalism and actual respect for their clients, whether looking to buy or rent. Lewis, who helped us look for a rent, has been just perfect: very professional, super reliable and trustworthy, excellent communication; he has provided us great advice and always kept us posted rightaway when anything could be of interest to us. 5 Stars !

From my initial conversations and throughout the whole process, I have been assisted by Lewis, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable, he has demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation during the whole time and he gives the information needed about rentals and the specific information that is needed for the flat and it's surrounding areas.
